How to get onboarded and approved on Reelpay and begin earning from UGC campaigns.

Before you can go live and start getting matched with brand campaigns, we need a few key things from you.

1. Your profile details

Name, a high-quality profile photo, niche, etc. Just enough for brands to know you.

2. Your intro video

Specs: 9:16 (portrait), 1080p, under 40 seconds, under 100MB

What to cover:

  • Show your face, up to your shoulders or half torso
  • Say your name
  • Mention the type of content you make
  • Tell brands briefly why they should work with you

Tips to make this good:

  • Use good lighting but don’t overthink it. Even an outdoor video will do.
  • Clean, clear audio. No background noises.
  • Captions (optional but a good idea to have)

On scripting your intro: Frankly, scripting this will probably just slow you down. Besides, the best intros sound like you talking, not reading. So, we’d say you don’t need a script. But if you must have one, here’s a sample you can use right now:

3. Your work sample

Upload one piece that shows your style, camera presence, and storytelling. There are two ways to fill this:

  • Use a real ad or brand collaboration you've already shot
  • Upload a video of a product you actually like and would review anyway

Either one works and it doesn't need to be new.

4. Other things we’ll need

Most of this article was written to help you get your videos to the quality we expect as it’s usually the biggest determinant of approval. Other things we’ll need include

  • Your TikTok and IG account connected: This is how brands can see your reach. It only takes a few steps
  • Your shipping info: This is where brands will send you their products to be tested and reviewed.

General guidelines for submission quality

We're not expecting perfection but we are checking for effort. To get approved, your submissions should:

  • Have clear audio and visuals
  • Feel natural, confident, and authentic
  • Be something you'd be proud to post on your own page

If it doesn't clear that bar yet, we'll tell you what to fix and you can resubmit.

Why this matters

Brands on Reelpay are looking for creators who communicate clearly and represent their products well. What you submit here is what helps us match you with the right campaigns faster, leaving you and them happy about your work together.
